The 12 year warranty looks good on paper, but given their bad customer service, I'm wondering if I can put much confidence in that.Ordered a remanufactured Steelcase 462 Leap V2 chair from them to have a more comfortable chair for my home office. When you’re typing for long hours, you tend to lean forward over your keyboard, so your back loses support.The Aeron solved this problem with its forward tilt, which positions the backrest at an acute angle, which is better for your back than a 90-degree angle.The forward tilt comes with a tilt lock that locks the backrest in a fully upright position, at mid and at full recline.Office chairs in the expensive range usually feature synchro-tilt mechanisms which allow the backrest and seat to move simultaneously to provide you dynamic support when you move.Aeron’s tilting options don’t feature synchro-tilt, but you will still recline in a natural, comfortable and supported way.There are two aspects to consider here.
